The Wahiawa Community and Business Association (WCBA) will hold its annual installation dinner on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 604 Ballroom & Conference Center from 6PM to 9PM on 1249 Kolekole Ave Bldg 2060 in Schofield Barracks.
